上海创业汇|建筑改造设计

本案位于上海普陀区，暨上海普陀青年创业示范园。项目前身是旧上海时代第一批建造的工商业厂房，我们为业主进行建筑改造设计。
作为上海区一级的创意产业孵化中心，“创业”的概念，既是连接旧时代和新时代的纽带，也是建筑改造的核心意义“创新”。在此语境下，我们讨论了建筑“继续生长”的可能性与“再设计”的改造观念。
从“构造”、“表皮”、“符号”三个方面入手，对老建筑进行重构与空间营造，在改善功能需求的基础上，以平面构成的“阵列感”提升视觉层面的感受与材料应用的整体效果。目标达到建筑结构与表皮的有机联系，让老建筑在互联网时代华丽转身。

This case is located in putuo district of Shanghai, and Shanghai putuo youth entrepreneurship demonstration garden. Project is the old age the first building in Shanghai industrial and commercial plants, we designed for owner building renovation.
As a creative industry incubation center of Shanghai district level, the concept of “entrepreneurship”, is not only the connection of old and new era, is also building the core meaning of “innovation”. In this context, we discussed the possibility of building “continue to grow” and “design” concept of transformation.
From the “structure” and “skin” and “symbol” three aspects to obtain, to reconstruct the old buildings and space build, on the basis of improving functional requirements, in a planar formation “array” raise the level of visual feelings and the integral effect of the application materials. Aim to building structure and epidermis of organic connection, let the old buildings in the Internet age.
